Build & Kept was created to change that. We give homeowners a simple way to keep the information behind their home organized, accessible, and cared for over time.

I SAW THE GAP.

Working in the home building industry for 10 years, I saw how much information homeowners are expected to keep track of after they receive the keys. Warranties, service records, maintenance, repairs, appliance information, receipts— it adds up quickly, and there wasn’t one simple place designed to keep it all together.

I created Build & Kept, to fill that gap and give homeowners something I felt was missing: an organized system for the information that comes with owning a home.
